We started this journey partly out of a frustration with the many organizations we've either been a part of, or seen, and a desire to make life better for everyone in the current workforce. We know what it's like to wake up and love, really love the work you do and the people you do it with and we want others to have that same experience. For us, being Franq is more than a company, it's a call to action.

Franq is a leadership, culture, and technology collaboration co-founded by a group of innovative, thoughtful, and people-focused leaders. Above all else, we believe in doing the right thing. We have extensive leadership experience as leaders and coaches, and we each bring diverse perspectives and skills, making us uniquely holistic and balanced.

We challenge ourselves and our clients to think differently, explore new ways of doing things, let go of unhelpful practices that take up valuable time and energy, and address the elephants in the room. Leadership and culture have become checkbox exercises for too many companies - they go through the motions and check all the boxes but have yet to see meaningful results. We’re here to uncheck those boxes and shake things up to create purposeful change!

In order to have a safe and healthy culture, you have to start addressing the "elephants in the room." Sometimes we try to cover them up by throwing superficial benefits at employees hoping the issues will just go away.

At Franq we are experts at building the kind of practices that make it easier to address the tough issues. We love to use our mascot (Franqlin) to help drive awareness of these issues and teach you the best ways to address them.
